Securities-Based Lending

Securities-based lending, also known as stock loans or stock secured financing, allows you to obtain funds for personal or business use. By pledging your stocks, bonds, mutual funds or options as collateral for a loan you can avoid having a lien placed upon any assets such as equipment, real estate or other personal property.

The OCM Financial Group can provide securities-based loans with interest rates generally ranging between 2.5% and 5%. The loan terms are also very flexible ranging from 3 to 10 years with fixed interest rates. Generally you will have access to your funds within 5 to 10 days and credit is not a factor. The loan to value with securities-based financing is often much higher than you will receive with factoring or contract financing.
